We are searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Orange County.

The General Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations, mentor and develop the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure every guest leaves feeling genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and excited to return.
Qualifications:
- Fine dining management experience required
- Michelin-starred experience strongly preferred
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- Positive, honest, professional, and mature leadership style
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Exceptional guest service instincts
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to inspire and develop others
- A commitment to excellence in every detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000–$100,000 base salary
- Medical insurance

- Enjoy a consistent five-day workweek with Sundays and Mondays off
