Warehouse Associate – Full Time | $20/hr + Benefits
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8am - 5pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rate starting at $20/hr (based on experience) + overtime + annual bonus
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly—from receiving deliveries to preparing customer orders. What You’ll Do
- Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Safely stock, label, and organize products in designated areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management using company software
- Keep the warehouse and equipment clean, safe, and organized
- Occasionally pre-assemble goods (such as playsets) for delivery
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Warehouse/distribution experience preferred, but not required (we’ll train)
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
- Detail-oriented with solid reading and basic math skills
- Solid computer skills
- Willingness to obtain certification for warehouse equipment (company-sponsored)
