About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, skilled in a variety of techniques, and dedicated to providing a safe, effective, and positive experience. This role involves customizing treatments to client needs, promoting wellness, and supporting a clean and professional spa environment.
What You’ll Do

Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs

Provide exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor

Encourage repeat business through referrals and membership promotion

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas

Comply with all company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols

Perform other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited massage therapy program
-
CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Current state license in massage therapy
-
Liability insurance coverage
-
Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in Swedish massage is required

Experience or interest in additional modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, Reiki) is a plus — training is provided!
