As an Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will support healthcare organizations through Oracle Health implementation, go-live, stabilization, optimization, adoption, and post-implementation initiatives. You will partner with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders to improve workflows, drive user adoption, resolve issues, and optimize the use of Oracle Health solutions across healthcare environments.
This role requires a blend of healthcare operations knowledge, Oracle Health expertise, workflow optimization, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities. Consultants may support acute care, ambulatory, revenue cycle, federal, or integrated healthcare delivery organizations throughout various phases of the implementation lifecycle.
Support Oracle Health implementation, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, optimization, and post-implementation activities.
Provide end-user support, workflow guidance, and issue resolution for clinicians, operational leaders, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Facilitate issue triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution while tracking risks, dependencies, and critical incidents.
Conduct workflow assessments, user observations, and root-cause analysis to identify workflow, configuration, adoption, training, and process-related issues.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders to support organizational objectives and project success.
Support user adoption, operational readiness, and change management initiatives through coaching, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, issue logs, risk registers, training materials, and executive communications as needed.
Participate in governance forums, command center activities, readiness reviews, and post-implementation assessments to support long-term client success.
3+ years of Oracle Health (Cerner) experience supporting implementations, go-lives, optimization, informatics, adoption, operational transformation, or application support initiatives within healthcare organizations.
Experience working with healthcare workflows, including clinical, ambulatory, acute care, ancillary, revenue cycle, or operational functions.
Experience supporting Oracle Health go-live, stabilization, optimization, adoption, or post-go-live recovery initiatives.
Clinical informatics, workflow optimization, process improvement, or operational excellence experience.
Experience with user adoption, organizational change management, readiness assessments, training, or super-user programs.
Experience analyzing adoption metrics, operational performance indicators, support trends, or dashboard reporting.
Familiarity with Oracle Health Federal, VistA, CPRS, or other legacy healthcare information systems.
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Health, PROSCI, clinical licensure, healthcare informatics, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or SAFe.
The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, and other wellness programs. The rate range of information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
