Essential requirements for General Labor:

Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery

Ensure the correct items are placed in the proper containers and packaging

Handle products carefully to avoid damages during packing and shipping

Maintain consistent productivity while standing and working throughout most of the shift

Follow all safety procedures, attendance expectations, and production deadlines

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete daily production goals

Follow verbal and written instructions as assigned
Main tasks for General Labor

Prepare and assemble shipping containers and boxes for outgoing orders

Verify product quantities and quality before final packaging

Organize warehouse inventory to maintain an efficient workflow

Support general facility maintenance and cleanliness standards

Assist with various manual labor duties as required by the supervisor
