Busy HVAC company looking for a reliable and organized person to assist with day-to-day office operations Monday-Friday approx. 8AM-5PM; with overtime available.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering Phones
-Scheduling customers, dispatching technicians, organizing a schedule
-Communicating and following up with customers
-Writing proposals/estimates
-Tracking invoices and payments
-General admin support
-Multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
