Duties
- Safely operate various delivery vehicles.
- Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices to optimize time and fuel consumption while maintaining punctuality.
- Deliver packages directly to customers’ locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, route sheets, and incident reports when necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar customer service role involving route driving and heavy lifting.
- Ability to adhere to traffic regulations, DOT regulations, and company safety policies consistently.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and via mobile devices.
- Capable of working independently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
