Job Overview
River Stone Chophouse is seeking an experienced Lead Server / Shift Manager to join our leadership team. This hybrid role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for fine dining, exceptional guest service, and team leadership.
In this position, you'll spend approximately 2–3 shifts each week serving guests and 2 shifts leading restaurant operations as the Manager on Duty. You'll lead by example on the floor, ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience, coach and support the service team, and help maintain the high standards that River Stone Chophouse is known for.

Responsibilities
- Lead the front-of-house team during manager shifts, ensuring seamless service and smooth operations.
- Serve guests with professionalism and attention to detail during scheduled serving shifts.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while creating memorable dining experiences.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting.
- Ensure all service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
- Support employee training and onboarding of new team members.
- Work closely with kitchen leadership to maintain communication and service flow.
- Monitor labor, guest satisfaction, and overall dining room performance throughout each shift.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built around hospitality and accountability.
