Job Description:
Green Mountain Builders is a luxury remodel and custom home builder in Bonita Springs, FL. We have been in business for over 20 years and have been growing steadily. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to grow our sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, building relations with prospective clients, coordinating with design and construction teams, and driving revenue growth while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
Overview
- Manages the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract signing
- Conduct client consultations, needs assessments, and proposal presentation
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and estimators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners
- Track sales activity and forecast using Buildertrend tools
Responsibilities include:
- Initial contact with clients
- Written scopes and proposals
- Work with CAD department for preliminary sketches and initial design
- Information transfer to team members and departments
- Manage and grow a pipeline of custom home and remodeling projects
Skills Required
Residential Remodeling Expertise: Minimum 3 years in high-end residential remodeling sales, with a preference for custom, detailed projects.
Client & Team Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to consistently deliver high level customer service.
Digital Project Management: Proficient in construction management software (e.g. Buildertrend) to estimate project costs, develop material selections and present construction contracts.
Tech Savvy: Strong command of computers and mobile construction apps.
Independent & Collaborative: Proven ability to take initiative while fostering team collaboration.
Complex Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying challenges and implementing proactive solutions to effectively develop and budget construction projects
Management Skills: A collaborative leader with the ability to lead team meetings, mentor staff and implement quality improvement measures.

Salary: From $85,000 to $120,000 per year
