Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive language lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Incorporate educational technology
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive environment conducive to active participation from students of varying backgrounds
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional strategies to ensure consistency and high-quality education delivery.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavioral issues, and academic achievements to foster a supportive learning community.
- Utilize research-based instructional design techniques and assessment tools to monitor student progress, prepare students for standardized testing, and support individualized learning plans.
