Do you love cooking? Do you love picture-perfect food? As a Taco Boss at Edley’s Tacos, you’ll be the heartbeat of our kitchen — bringing scratch-made flavors and fresh ingredients to life with every plate.
In a high-energy, fast-paced environment, you’ll work closely with your teammates to serve bold, crave-worthy tacos and Southern-inspired sides that keep our guests coming back for more. From the first sizzle on the flattop to the final garnish, you’ll help make sure every dish that leaves the kitchen is fresh, flavorful, and full of Southern Soul.
Our Taco Boss roles are broken down into three main areas:

Grill Boss: You’ll handle proteins, prep, and sauté, ensuring every taco and entrée is cooked to perfection. From perfectly cooked steak tacos to seared shrimp, you’ll make sure the flavors stay true to Edley’s Tacos’ fresh, from-scratch standards.

Fry Boss: Crispy perfection is your domain. You’ll work the fryers, make our signature chips, hot chicken, and more — all golden, crunchy, and full of flavor.

Middle Linebacker: A hybrid of both Grill and Fry — you’ll jump in wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly during high-volume shifts. Think teamwork, energy, and a whole lot of tacos flying out hot and fast.
