We offer a flexible, community-based schedule that combines professional autonomy with strong back-end support. Available Shifts & Responsibilities
- Daily Visits & Dog Walking: Conduct 1–4 drop-in visits per client home to handle exercise, feeding, and playtime. High-demand hours center around midday and peak vacation seasons. (Requires availability for at least two weekends per month and a rotating holiday schedule with premium pay).
- Professional Overnight Care: Provide a 10-hour evening stay (9 PM – 7 AM) in a client’s home, ensuring pet companionship and overnight home security. Ideal for students or professionals with daytime obligations.

Candidate Requirements
- Location: Must live directly in the Northwest Charlotte service area (Zips: 28214, 28216, 28269, or immediate surroundings).
- Reliability: Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle.
- Technology: Own a smartphone with active internet access for scheduling software and client updates.
- Commitment: Minimum 6-month commitment required to maintain consistency for pets and clients.
- Trustworthiness: Must pass a standard background check and provide professional references.
