Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Caregivers who are 25 years of age or older, have a valid North Dakota driver’s license with a clean driving record, and are available for a flexible work schedule.
Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure a safe and supportive home environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility, as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings (using personal vehicle).
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment.
- Communicate regularly with office staff and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid North Dakota driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance & Registration.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required — training provided.
- Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate attitude.
