New Graduate Nurses Are Welcome
Starting your nursing career in home health can be an excellent way to develop strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and confidence while providing meaningful one-on-one patient care.365 Health Services offers a structured New Graduate Nurse Training Program designed to help nurses transition successfully into the field.
New graduate nurses receive:
- Paid clinical training

- Case-specific education before beginning an assignment

- Opportunities to develop skills while working with experienced clinical professionals
You will not simply be placed on a case and expected to figure it out on your own. Our goal is to make sure you are trained, prepared, and comfortable before providing independent care.
The Kind of Nursing You’ll Do
Our nurses provide skilled, individualized care to patients in their homes and, on select assignments, in school or other community settings.Depending on the patient, responsibilities may include:
- Comprehensive nursing assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Medication administration
- Enteral feeding and G-tube care
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator and respiratory support
- Seizure monitoring and management
- Oxygen therapy
- Diabetes care
- Personal care and activities of daily living
- Patient and family education
- Coordination with physicians, therapists, schools, and other members of the care team
- Accurate clinical documentation
- Following the patient's individualized plan of care
Case-specific training is provided based on the patient's clinical needs.

Compensation
Pay rates starting at $30.00 + per hour depending on patient acuity, case complexity, experience, shift, and assignment. Higher-acuity cases may qualify for higher rates.
Overtime and holiday opportunities may also be available.

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license and/or qualifying Compact License
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the clinical team
- Reliable transportation to assigned cases
- Dependability and strong documentation skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, safe, high-quality patient care
Home health or pediatric experience is valued but is not required for every position. New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.
