Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate nursing operations, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Manage the departmental budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high standards of care
- Oversee staffing levels, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a competent and motivated nursing team
- Ensure compliance with all state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards
- Provide instructional leadership in education by facilitating staff development programs and continuous learning initiatives
- Lead management efforts by supervising personnel, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop policies that support organizational growth and operational efficiency
- Promote organizational excellence through effective team management, strategic planning, and innovative problem-solving
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with active certification in good standing
- Proven experience in school or healthcare administration with a focus on nursing leadership or educational oversight
- Extensive management experience including staff supervision, personnel management in education or healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of state-specific education laws relevant to healthcare training programs
- Demonstrated expertise in academic leadership, instructional leadership in education, and organizational budget management
- Exceptional skills in team leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development
- Prior university or higher education experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate across departments
