This position is 48 hours/week Saturday 9 am through Monday 9 am. You sleep on the overnights! Position is a guaranteed 8 hours overtime a week to sleep!

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in Swansey, NH. Our Mission is to support adults with intellectual disabilities to reach their full potential as valued, contributing members of their communities.
Direct Support Professionals; assist by creating and supporting opportunities for successful connections within communities, workplace, and homes. Supporting people to be safe and healthy, while encouraging individuals’ goals and preferences, helping them have a rewarding life. This unique role allows you to be active in your community, we provide all the necessary training & support. Candidates must show a strong ability to communicate, have a caring personality, boundless optimism, must be creative and dependable, with common sense and the desire to make our communities a better place. This is not a desk job; this is a highly rewarding opportunity out in the community & in our apartment program developing independent living skills.
