What You’ll Do
As an Independent Community Claims Representative, you’ll introduce homeowners to our FREE property inspection program and schedule appointments for our licensed claims team.
You are NOT selling insurance.
You are NOT inspecting homes.
Your job is to educate homeowners, answer basic questions, and connect qualified property owners with our licensed professionals.
Daily Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods
- Speak professionally with homeowners
- Educate homeowners about our FREE inspection program
- Schedule qualified inspection appointments
- Collect accurate homeowner information
- Represent Empire Field Marketing professionally
- Meet weekly production goals

Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
- $150 per Signed & Filed Claim (Homes up to 1,800 sq. ft.)
- $200 per Signed & Filed Claim (Homes over 1,800 sq. ft.)
- Paid Biweekly
There are no caps on commissions. The more appointments that become signed and filed claims, the more you earn.
