Join our dynamic clinic team as a Licensed Esthetician, working evening hours from 5 to 9 pm! Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Experience in Neurotoxins and Fillers is a plus!
- Perform spa services and other aesthetic treatments to meet client needs.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their results and satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all tools and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns, communicating treatment options clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that align with clients’ goals and skin types.
- Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge to provide innovative solutions.
Skills
- Proven expertise in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, laser therapy, Neurotoxins and Fillers.
- Strong knowledge of spa services and other aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and explain treatment benefits clearly.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters client loyalty.
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout all treatments.
- Sales acumen for retail product promotion and upselling techniques that benefit both the client and the business.
- Familiarity with esthetic tools and equipment operation along with a solid understanding of cosmetology principles.
