Valvoline Instant Oil Change
Customer Service Representative
If you take pride in doing things the right way, know how to treat people well, and aren’t afraid of real work, you’ll fit right in here. At our locally owned Valvoline shops, great service isn’t flashy — it’s competent, honest, and consistent. We hire people with the right mindset and teach the skills that matter.
This role is for someone who can talk to customers with confidence, roll up their sleeves when it’s time to work, and leave every shift knowing they earned their paycheck.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience- but you do need presence.
If you:
- Know how to talk to people without talking down to them
- Take ownership of your work and your attitude

You’ll do well here.
We’ll train you properly, pay you while you learn, and expect you to show up ready to contribute.
