1st Americare is seeking an RN/LPN to work 1 on 1 with a patient in Stephens city, VA Area .
Available Schedules
- Two weekday shifts 9am-5pm
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with tube feeding and managing enteral nutrition
-Experience with G tube
-Experience with Trach
- Knowledge of acute pain management techniques
- Familiarity with family planning services and counselling
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
