Requirements
- Possess a minimum Diploma or relevant Degree in teaching/childhood/pedagogy disciplines/academic disciplines.
- Possess a minimum 5 years teaching experience.
- Real life work experience outside of the classroom an advantage.
- Additional languages an advantage.
- Knowledge of the IB and Reggio an advantage.

- Be comfortable in an outdoor environment interacting with nature.
- Be committed to team work and group development, yet have confidence to work autonomously when required.
- Be able to engage in differentiated teaching
- Bring a love of learning and enthusiasm to the classroom.
- Desire to participate in school life and be willing to be involved in extracurricular activities.
- Possess a happy, fun, warm, patient, imaginative, understanding, sensitive, empathetic, dynamic and energetic disposition. We're not asking for much! :)
- Implement a Constructivist and Socratic methodology to their teaching program.
- Be eager to work in an environment that values community, open communication and collaborative problem solving.

- Desire to learn about each child; listen, observe, interact, and learn from the child; and help children find ways to better communicate within their environment
- Show a commitment to best practices, ongoing learning and self improvement.
- Have the ability to co-construct and get on the learning level with children; provoke and stimulate thinking in children; and teach peer collaboration.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak effectively with parents, children and staff in a professional manner.
- Be a role model within your classroom and community, and lead by example.
- Have ability to plan, direct, or coordinate the academic and nonacademic activities of school classroom or programs.
- Good classroom management skills.
