Description:
- Communicate regularly with the Dispatch Manager, Operations Manager, Terminal Site Supervisors, and Drivers for project/status updates.
- Microsoft Teams experience (preferred).
- Process incoming calls related to dispatch and operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries, billing disputes and complaints.
- Maintain customer bases.
- Provide input for continued process improvement.
- Knowledge of the oilfield/dispatching
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have knowledge of the Oil Field Industry with DOT experience.
- High School degree or GED. College preferred in a similar position.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with difficult and demanding customers.
- Ability to multi-task
- Manage high volume phone calls including problem resolution.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trucking experience (Hazmat preferred).
- 5 years of experience in oil-field related trucking operations.
- Expert in Federal and State Regulations as it pertains to DOT.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or similar technology (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
