Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization for all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable nail treatments and address specific preferences or concerns
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Stay current on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry innovations through ongoing education
Requirements
- Entry level, training will be provided
- Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology from an accredited program; state licensing required where applicable
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols, chemical handling, and infection control standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters client loyalty
