About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, and creating solutions that build long-term trust. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries on Verizon's telecommunication services
- Assist customers with account updates, billing questions, and service changes through direct sales support
- Provide clear information on products and services while promoting customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions in a timely manner
- Represent Upstream Management with professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required
