Overview
We are seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be for mornings starting at 8:00AM - Noon. Monday through Friday.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Pull orders and ensure all jobs are loaded correctly
- Ensure that all orders are pulled and processed in the appropriate allotted time
- Receive deliveries/shipments and reconcile with purchase orders
- Deliver small or individual orders to installers or project locations
- Ability to drive a pickup and flatbed trailer required
- Ability to safely operate a forklift required
- Pickup small or individual orders from local suppliers
- Schedule projects with GM
- Follow up with installers throughout the morning to ensure proper supplies onsite
- Ensure that the warehouse areas are organized and free of debris at all times
- Coordinate dumpster swap out as needed
- Ensure that the team is consistently meeting Superior Fence & Rail standards
- Ensure quality control inspections are being done in a consistent manner
- Ensure that all team members operate in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum requirements:
- Experience in Warehouse or Fencing preferred
- Possess Valid Driver’s License and have a Clean Driving Record
- Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)
- Pass drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to Lift up to 80lbs
The Superior candidate will:
- Be detail-oriented and customer-focused with a stable job history
- Previous construction experience is preferred (fencing, framing, roofing carpentry)
- Have solid organization/time-management skills with a positive attitude
