Full job description
Company located in Sykesville, MD, is looking to hire a CDL Class B Roll Off Driver.
The Driver's primary responsibility is the safe and efficient operation of a roll off truck to load/unload and transport building material throughout the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area to various landfills.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old

Valid CDL – Class B Driver's license with a good driving record (License must be in the State of residence)

Able to drive a manual transmission

Must maintain a clean driving record
-
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
-
Must be able to perform and have acknowledged all safety regulations as determined by FMCSA, OSHA, and Company policies

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip, making sure the truck is in safe conditions

Maintains telephone contact with dispatch for instructions
-
Maintains truck logs as required by the State, Federal, and Company policies and regulations

Maintains the cleanliness of assigned truck
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
- Stand and sit for prolonged amounts of time
