This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has proven management experience, values integrity, and wants to help guide a team in delivering the legendary Homer's experience every day.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and train employees in product preparation, store appearance and customer service.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies and managing food costs.
- Hold team members accountable to high service standards and company policies.
- Regularly inspect the work of the team to verify that assignments are being completed with consistency and accuracy.
- Manage a team that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
- Communicate policy variances to senior management as soon as they are discovered.
- Be open, honest and respectful with the team to improve their performance.
- Work to become the knowledge expert on all store operations.
- Be an example of excellence to fellow team members and customers.
- Ability to obtain a food service sanitation certificate within 30 days of hire.
- Follow all food safety practices.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership position, directly supervising staff.
- Availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
- Flexible and adaptable to learning new practices.
- Passion for helping others (customers and team members).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
