Boutique Sales Lead/Key Holder
As a Sales Lead, you will help inspire all women in their style experience & drive business goals. You must have a fabulous personal sense of style and super strong, positive communication skills, self-starter. A passion for fashion and a love for making connections with everyone is a must! At Leela & Lavender, our Sales Lead works as a team with our Manager to create a unique shopping experience.

- Problem-solving, communication, customer service, analytical and time-management skills
- Prior POS experience and computer skills a plus

- Builds & maintains a strong customer following thru personal styling & wardrobing.
- Conduct high quality customer service by going above and beyond to provide our customers with a welcoming, helpful and fun styling/shopping experience.
- Be knowledgeable + inform customers about product lines, upcoming events, sales, new merchandise, styling program etc.
- Manage inventory by unpacking + prepping new freight and organizing back stock. Restock merchandise on the sales floor.
- Contribute to pulling/packing/shipping online orders.
- Work as a team with the Manager to create visual displays to highlight new merchandise, training style associates & running day to day operations.
- Assist the Manager in coordination of style associate communication and responsibilities.
- Assist Manager in evaluating store performance & create action plans of ways to continue to grow and improve.
- Act as shift manager when the Manager is not present.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
- · Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- · Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and lift packages weighing up to 50lbs.
- Able to reach while using ladders, step stools, etc
