Kitchen Manager (AM or PM) – Full-Time | Year-Round
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager to join our culinary leadership team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant where quality, teamwork, and consistency are top priorities.
We currently have both morning and evening leadership positions available. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys leading by example, takes pride in producing excellent food, and is committed to maintaining an organized, efficient kitchen.
What You'll Do
· Help oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
· Lead, coach, and support kitchen team members
· Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
· Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
· Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met
· Help train new team members and foster a positive team culture
· Work alongside ownership and kitchen leadership to continuously improve operations
What We're Looking For
· At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience
· Previous leadership experience preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
· Food Safety Certification is a plus
· Reliable transportation
· Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
