EA Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our Transitional Housing Plus Non-Minor Dependents (THP+NMD) program serving young adults ages 18–21 in the Antioch area. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to help young people transitioning from foster care build independence, stability, and successful futures.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Social Work or a related field required
- Two years of case management or related experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Passion for empowering and supporting young adults
- Valid DOJ, FBI, and CAIC clearances required
