Their work happens where people gather — community events, retail environments, and public venues — connecting supporters to causes that matter through direct, face-to-face engagement.
They’re seeking a confident and motivated Special Events Assistant to join the team and play an active role in campaign delivery and sales performance.
This is an entry-level opportunity with immediate start options available. No previous experience is required — training is provided — but strong people skills and a results-driven mindset are essential.
What This Role Involves
As a Special Events Assistant, you’ll be part of the frontline campaign team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing charitable initiatives at organised event locations
- Proactively engaging members of the public in meaningful conversation
- Clearly communicating the mission, impact, and goals of the campaign
- Assisting interested supporters through the contribution or sign-up process
- Tracking personal performance and contributing to team targets
- Supporting smooth event execution and maintaining a professional presence
- Participating in daily team briefings focused on performance and development
