Bee Focus IOP LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable IOP Technician / Driver to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for safely transporting clients to and from our facility while providing critical operational support to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The ideal candidate ensures client safety, supports a structured environment, maintains comprehensive documentation, and upholds strict CARF compliance standards
Responsibilities
1. Client Transportation Duties
- Safe transportation of clients to and from the facility when assigned.
- Ensure seatbelt use is enforced at all times during transport.
- Never leave clients unattended in the company vehicle.
- Assist with maintaining accurate transportation logs when driving.
- Report any transit delays, vehicle incidents, or safety concerns immediately.
2. Group Preparation & Client Support
- Ensure group rooms are clean, organized, and properly sanitized (including chairs, tables, and shared surfaces) before sessions begin.
- Check that all group materials and supplies (pens, paper, worksheets) are fully stocked.
- Prepare water, coffee, or light refreshments for clients.
- Test and ensure all program devices (TV, projector, speakers) are fully functional.
- Maintain respectful and professional interactions with clients while encouraging client independence (such as getting up and servicing themselves).
- Support a calm, safe, orderly, and structured environment during group sessions.
3. Intake, Monitoring & Safety Checks
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in process.
- Monitor client behavior and appearance for any red flags or clinical concerns.
- Document exact client arrival times and report late arrivals or no-shows to clinical staff.
- Conduct routine safety checks in bathrooms and hallways throughout the day.
- Assist group facilitators with materials and general room support as needed.
4. Post-Group Duties & Facility Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize the group area and properly dispose of all trash and used materials after sessions.
- Securely lock away all sensitive items and clinical materials.
- Print, manage, and submit completed attendance sheets to the supervisor.
- Conduct overall facility checks, ensuring restrooms are clean/supplied and all exit doors are completely secure.
- Promptly report any facility maintenance needs to the administrative team.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Document and report all client incidents, observations, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors and clinical staff.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and CARF health and safety compliance standards.
- Ensure seatbelt use is enforced at all times during transport.
- Never leave clients unattended in the company vehicle.

Job Requirements & Expectations
- Dress Code: Must wear the required uniform daily, consisting of a black scrub, black socks, and all-black tennis shoes.
- Safety Standard: Zero tolerance for unsafe driving or program practices.
- Core Competency: Ability to maintain a highly structured environment, observe behavioral changes, and log details accurately
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License with an excellent, clean driving history (this is required for safe client transport).
- Experience Level: Entry-level.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Core Skills & Abilities
- Reliable & Punctual: Since our clients rely on us for transportation, you must be highly dependable and strictly follow the Monday–Friday schedule.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow a daily checklist closely, from sanitizing group rooms to completing transport and attendance logs accurately.
- Safety-First Mindset: Comfort enforcing safety rules, such as ensuring all passengers wear seatbelts and never leaving clients unattended in the vehicle.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
