Responsibilities
- Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries
- Learn how to navigate a variety of financial software systems to record transactions and customer information precisely.
- Conduct basic math calculations quickly and accurately to ensure transaction correctness.
- Learn and follow a multitude of security and compliance guidelines
Education and Qualifications
- Must have a minimum High School diploma, or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service-oriented field would be ideal
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
