Responsibilities
- Assist customers in diagnosing issues with their smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices using analysis skills and troubleshooting techniques.
- Perform repairs on mobile devices, including soldering, replacing screens, batteries, or other hardware components using hand tools and schematics.
- Support customers by providing clear explanations of device problems, repair options, and operating system solutions for Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and other platforms.
- Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve operating system errors or software conflicts on various devices.
- Manage retail sales by demonstrating product features, recommending accessories, and guiding customers through purchase decisions.
- Use technical knowledge of computer hardware and equipment repair to ensure devices are restored to optimal working condition.
- Document repair procedures, analyze device issues thoroughly, and maintain detailed records of all service activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with mobile devices (Android, iOS), operating systems (macOS, Windows), and computer hardware.
- Skilled in soldering, schematics reading, and using hand tools for hardware repairs.
- Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of device malfunctions quickly and accurately.
- Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques across multiple operating systems.
- Ability to perform field service repairs at customer locations or in-shop as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with retail sales experience to enhance the customer experience.
- Familiarity with technical support procedures for electronic equipment repair and maintenance.

Pay: $20.00 - $29.27 per hour
