Business Analyst (Bilingual: English & Hindi)Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help transform business requirements into data insights, build dashboards, and support decision-making.
- Work Authorization: Open to H4 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens.
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Core Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analyze and work with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and assist with data modeling.
- Create process flows and documentation using tools like Visio.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a relevant IT role.
- Fluency in English & Hindi to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (H4 EAD, Green Card, or USC).
Pay: $27.00 per hour
