Responsibilities
- Setting up and tearing down coffee cart and coolers.
- Able to carry up to 60 pounds at a time.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, beverages using professional equipment.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy events.
- Previous experience in café or food industry environments is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential.
