Marketing Systems Assistant
Position Summary
The Marketing Systems Assistant is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's marketing systems, with a primary focus on our CRM and marketing automation platform. This role executes CRM requests, supports marketing campaigns, maintains data integrity, and assists the Marketing Operations team with projects that help our Loan Originators succeed.

We're a high-impact, high-performing Marketing Operations team supporting hundreds of Loan Originators across the company. We move quickly, embrace change, and continuously improve based on the evolving needs of our sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM and marketing system requests for Loan Originators and internal team members.
- Build, launch, and maintain email campaigns, automations, landing pages, forms, contact lists, and workflows.
- Maintain CRM data through imports, exports, segmentation, database cleanup, and ongoing quality assurance.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM campaigns, automations, and marketing systems while coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Support Loan Officer onboarding, CRM setup, and ongoing system adoption.
- Perform quality assurance on marketing assets before publication.
- Maintain internal documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with Marketing Operations projects and other initiatives as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a CRM, marketing automation platform, or database environment, or experience in the mortgage or real estate industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Comfortable learning and working with CRM systems, marketing technology, and other business software.
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or operations teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent experience is equally valued.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
