Walker Healthforce is seeking a Provider Data Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to support provider data validation, auditing, outreach, and data accuracy initiatives. This is a Contract opportunity.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid – onsite 2 days per week or possibly more
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2
Core Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience validating and auditing provider information for accuracy
- Experience conducting provider outreach and verifying demographic information
- Experience reviewing audit results and supporting accurate database updates
- Proficiency with Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Strong attention to data quality and accuracy

- FACETS experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Validate provider information through established auditing processes.
- Identify and help eliminate inaccurate or outdated provider data.
- Conduct daily provider outreach to verify demographic information.
- Verify information such as phone numbers, addresses, and whether providers are accepting new patients.
- Review and process audit results for validity.
- Collaborate with leadership to support accurate provider data.
- Ensure validated information is accurately reflected in applicable databases.
- Support ongoing provider data cleanup, outreach, and directory verification activities.
