Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, sales, and checkout processes to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Manage inventory control by stocking fridges, organizing merchandise
- Support shipping & receiving activities by accurately loading and unloading shipments, verifying inventory counts, and maintaining organized storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the store environment through routine cleaning, merchandising displays, and ensuring all areas are safe and inviting
- Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in inventory management systems preferred but not required
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently and work seamlessly with team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting heavy items as needed
