In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep construction projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your hands-on work will contribute to building durable structures, from foundations to finishing touches, in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, safety, and craftsmanship.
Duties
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen
- Demolition and job site preparation
- Job site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Digging, lifting, moving materials, and other general labor tasks
- Follow directions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications
- Construction experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
