The Fairfield Inn & Suites Washington Casino Area is currently seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their team. This position requires a candidate with at least 3 years of Housekeeping experience as a manager or supervisor in the hospitality industry.
The Executive Housekeeper provides and ensures the cleanliness and product quality of the hotel for all guests and staff.
- Plans, delegates, directs and inspects all daily, weekly and monthly tasks of the Housekeeping and Laundry functions of the hotel.
- Monitors guest needs with respect to Housekeeping and resolve guest issues through coordination with other departments.
- Responsible for the interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluation of all Housekeeping and Laundry staff.
- Conducts product and supply inventory on a monthly basis.
- Other assignments as directed by hotel management.
