Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform equipment repair and ensure all work is carried out efficiently and according to industry standards (brazing, installing & testing drains, flue venting, low voltage wiring, vacuum and pressure testing, calculating superheat and sub-cooling to ensure optimal system performance)
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues with HVAC systems
- Build and assemble mechanical components when necessary
- Provide property maintenance services related to HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic responsibilities as consistent with HVAC Service Technician roles
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong service experience with residential systems
- Sales-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and communicating upgrade opportunities to customers
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to service various HVAC equipment efficiently
- Familiarity with refrigeration, boilers, and other related equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair HVAC issues efficiently
- Qualified HVAC licenses (Journeyman, Master, EPA, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
