At Tryg Group the Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of [specific equipment or systems, e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing]. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine necessary repairs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance service capabilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Universal EPA certification (upon hire/within 14 days of hire
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
