WHAT YOU OWN — YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to spec — every single time, no improvising

Know the full tequila and mezcal program inside and out — essential especially at El Último
-
Engage guests in conversation — be a storyteller and educator, not just a bartender
-
Monitor alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly when needed — TABC compliance at all times
-
Keep the bar immaculate: clean, stocked, and organized throughout your entire shift

Process all orders accurately through Toast POS
-
Restock ice, garnishes, and supplies proactively — before you run out, not after
-
Support your barback and communicate clearly with the full service team
-
Participate in pre-shift meetings and know the daily specials, 86’d items, and any VIPs
