Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and oversee comprehensive care plans that incorporate nutrition, physiology knowledge, and patient assessments to meet individual health needs.

- Manage budgeting processes for the dietary department, ensuring efficient resource allocation while maintaining high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines related to assisted living facilities and healthcare standards.
- Monitor food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dietary management within assisted living or healthcare settings.
- Supervising experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality care delivery.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high service standards.
