Exegistics Resource Solutions has partnered with a leading advanced materials manufacturing company to support operations at a state-of-the-art industrial facility. This facility plays a critical role in the production of rare earth materials used in modern technologies, including electric vehicles, renewable energy, and electronics.
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards across the site.
Shift & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, break areas, and production spaces

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove waste throughout the facility

Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic and high-touch areas

Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials

Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns

Support special cleaning projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred

Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent schedule

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed (up to 25–50 lbs)

Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
