Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, nurturing, and experienced teacher to lead our 1-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for someone who truly enjoys working with toddlers and understands the unique needs of children during this important stage of growth and development.

Duties:
- Provide attentive and loving care for children ages 12–24 months
- Maintain a structured daily schedule including meals, naps, diapering, learning activities, and outdoor play
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans focused on sensory play, language development, motor skills, and social-emotional growth
- Keep classroom clean, organized, and licensing compliant at all times
- Communicate daily with parents regarding child progress, routines, and needs
- Manage transitions, routines, and behaviors with patience and positive guidance
- Work cooperatively with co-teachers and administration
- Ensure safety and active supervision of all children throughout the day
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with toddlers (1-year-olds preferred)
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality is a must
- Patient, energetic, and nurturing personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced childcare environment
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CDA, ECE credentials, or childcare experience preferred
