As a District Leader at Glo, you will lead a minimum of 4 stores in meeting their goals by providing ongoing training and coaching as well as grooming new leadership; Ensuring the salon is functioning at a level to provide the absolute best client satisfaction; have a high standard for communication and lead with positive reinforcement; and promote high energy and motivation.
Eligible for position: Master District Manager and certification
Required criteria to meet: Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals; Effectively coaches Managers in meeting sales goals; Maintains high employee satisfaction ratings and retention; Receives Glo-ing client reviews; rallies leadership team to be driven and motivated; Effectively performs all store manager duties with confidence and efficiency
In-store requirements: Scheduled full time (minimum of 40 hours/week) based on salons needs. Open and flexible availability; ability to work nights, weekends, and possible last minute shift coverage; Work at least a minimum of one night or one weekend per week unless every team member is fully trained and making their goals
Out-of-salon requirements: Mandatory weekly leadership meetings (1 hour); available to team by phone during business hours; additional outside tasks that may require your attention
