Job Description
Responsible to plan, prepare and serve meals that meet the requirements of CACFP, USDA and the Head Start Performance Standards. To plan and prepare breakfast, lunch and snack according to the 30 day cycle menus and CACFP regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment and food storage. Knowledge of basic food groups and serving sizes for all age groups served. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. Ability to understand and perform basic math functions. Experience in cooking for groups of 50 or more people. Reliable transportation and valid Oklahoma driver's license, liability insurance i the employees name, must have current Tulsa City County Food handlers permit. Must have GED or high school diploma. M-F 7:00am -2:00pm. 7 hour, 10-month position with benefits.
Pay: $14.17 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
