Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring operational activities related to property management in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, ensuring effective communication between contractors, suppliers, owners, tenants, and various departments within the company.
Responsibilities
Provide logistical support for preventive and corrective maintenance activities on properties.
Coordinate communication with contractors, suppliers, and internal company personnel.
Monitor adherence to deadlines and commitments for each service.
Update information and documentation on the company's management platform.
Validate work progress and manage any issues that may arise.
Accompany clients during property showings.
Coordinate the sending and receiving of documentation related to leasing services.
Follow up on requests from internal and external clients until completion. Maintain ongoing communication with the Operations, Maintenance, Accounting, Customer Service, and Property Management departments.
Prepare activity reports.
Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes.
Ensure proper data recording and traceability for each process.
Requirements
Technical degree or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, logistics, operational coordination, or customer service roles.
Proficiency in office software and devices.
Conversational English (preferred).
Driver's license.
Strong sense of direction and ability to follow directions.
